OUR CORE BUSINESSES consisted of 5 real estate brokerages and 1 funding company. These 5 brokerages cover Retail and Restaurant Site Selection, Commercial and Residential Real Estate, Tech Real Estate and Property Management. Our Commercial operation is affiliated with Sperry Commercial Real Estate, a 70-office network covering 200 USA markets. Our Residential operation will soon be affiliated with a major Anywhere Real Estate brand covering 2,300 offices in North America and 25,000 agents worldwide. We are further affiliated with the CCIM Institute, where our management members serve in leadership positions at the state and national level, and where we have a further network of 13,000 CCIM designees in the USA and worldwide.
OUR AUXILARY BUSINESSES consisted of 3 companies in Sustainability, Renewable Energy and Data Centers where we worked with strategic partners to add sustainable components into existing buildings and new projects, fund and develop renewable energy farms and data center projects as principals.
